Went back to BH about 10.30 for bacon butties before bed. Up at 8.00 (veritable lie in) then showered "en mass" before refilling with water at Barbridge Junction. Finally set off at 9.30 onto the Middlewich Branch. Stopped at Venetian Marine for some essentials (cigarettes in Tony's case) and got fleeced for a couple of pints of milk. Lunched somewhere between bridges 21 and 22 more due to the indecisive weather than any great hunger. Moved on then to Middlewich where we have now tied up for the night on the moorings above Kings Lock. Today we've had visits from Martin Phillips who happened to be passing and saw us, along with a visit from Gill Watson who is joining us this evening for dinner in the Kings Lock Inn. Any one in the area of Middlewich is welcome to join us. ---
